Usually, our service takes 5-7 working days from placing an order to delivery. Many of our mirrors can be cut to size and crafted to your specific requirements within 48 hours. More complex orders may take a little longer. For toughened glass products, production can take up to 7 working days. When your items are completed, they are normally delivered within 3 days, either by our own vans or by couriers. This depends on your location and the size of your order.
If you require a dedicated delivery date which is more than 4 working days from the order date, please put your requirement in the comments section when you have placed your order. We will then try to work to these requirements.
All deliveries are curb-side deliveries. Our drivers are often prepared to help, so please ask them . It is the customers responsibility to ensure that they have the ability to get the mirrors from the delivery vehicle onto their site. Our delivery drivers cannot be held responsible for damage off the delivery vehicle.
If you are not at home or on site at the time of the delivery, our drivers are instructed to find the safest place to leave the mirror. This is guaranteed until you see it.
